Meet Rick Hogan

I’m Rick Hogan, an employee benefits broker and consultant with Compass Insurance Advisors | Group Benefits.

I’m based in Draper, Utah, and I work with employers across the Western U.S. My lane is group health and benefits strategy, and my north star is simple: clarity, transparency, and control.

I also am the Large Group Director at Compass Insurance Advisors. I train and teach our 400+ brokers the ins and outs of how to offer the best strategies to our employer groups.

I have over 40 years of experience.
